The problem
Most water is still checked by hand, a few times a year.
A sample goes to a lab, and the result comes back days later. Pollution that comes and goes between samples is never seen. Continuous monitoring exists, but professional stations cost enough that only a few sites can have one.
What we're building
Stations that cost less, and AI that does the watching.
Solar-powered stations
Probes for pH, conductivity, turbidity and temperature, with oxygen, ammonium, algae and more on the Advanced model. They run off-grid and can be moved wherever water needs watching.
Long-range radio
Readings travel kilometres over low-power LoRaWAN to a shared gateway. There's no Wi-Fi to set up and no cables to lay.
AI alerts
The software learns what is normal at each site. It flags sudden pollution, slow drift and failing sensors in plain words.
Business model
Three tiers, from schools to regulators.
Shui Lite serves schools, community groups and citizen science. Shui Standard gives municipalities and farms reliable year-round data. Shui Pro uses reference-grade probes for regulators and researchers. Each comes in a Basic and an Advanced version. Stations are sold to customers, and the data platform and alerts run alongside them.
Markets
Starting where water pollution is a pressing problem.
We're based in Bulgaria and built for international sale from day one. Each region gets the right radio band.

The vision
A global AI map of water pollution.
We started Shui to help protect nature and to let everyone know what is really in the water that reaches their sink. As the network grows, its data shows where pollution comes from and where it travels. Water can then be treated for what is actually in it.
